Longridge Activity Centre, a non profit Charity, is a vibrant community hub offering outdoor adventure activities, that has provided the opportunity for over 80,000 young people and families to take part in a variety of activities, experiencing the magic of the Thames and its beautiful surroundings for nearly 100 years.

We have exciting plans to expand our concept on and off site especially with more expeditions and off-site activities therefore we need team members with ambition and vision who will help evolve what Longridge has to offer now and in the future.

We are currently seeking a Booking Coordinator to join our Bookings team.

Role Involves

  • Processing bookings
  • Oversee Reception
  • Deal with general customer enquires
  • General Office duties
  • Handle incoming telephone calls

Qualifications, skills and experience must include

  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary: £20,000 pro rata. 5 hours a day, five days a week
