Canoeing and Kayaking are a very good aerobic sport and require the paddler to use their whole body to propel themselves past the paddle.

These kayaks are sleek and glide quickly through the water.  These courses are suitable from children from 10-years old, parents and children are welcome in the class together.  To join in the course, pick 6 sessions that suit your calendar from the choices shown here. Sessions must be taken by the end of October.These kayaks are sleek and glide quickly through the water.
