Schools

You may download full risk assessments for all of our facilities and activities at the bottom of this page, in addition we have AALA accreditation which recognises that we have sound safety approaches for all of our licensed activities and we are also recognised by Bucks County Council as an outdoor activity centre. All schools receive discounts on our activities and courses and throughout the year we offer last minute activity days to schools who are registered with us.  If the information you are seeking is not here, please contact us and we will send it out.

We welcome schools from all over the UK for residential visits, staying under canvas or in our indoor accommodation. Local schools visit for the day, afternoon and of course take advantage of having the centre on their doorsteps to do residential trips here.

Whatever your requirement for outdoor activities – whether for pupils or your staff team, we can help. So if you don’t see in our standard packages what you are looking for, pick up the phone and we will help you devise the perfect package for your visit to us.

Day Visits

We have a number of standard day activity packages designed to suit a school timetable, prices shown are per person.
           
April - September Packages

 Gold Day – package of sailing, kayaking and canoeing; £25.00 

Silver Day – package of dragon boating, kayaking and climbing; £20.00  

Bronze Day – package of rafting, team challenge* and bell boating; £15.00  

October - March Packages
Gold Day – package of Orbs, Climbing and Team Swing; £15.00

Silver Day – package of Go-Karts, Orbs and climbing; £12.00 

Bronze Day – package of team challenge*, Go-Karts and climbing; £10.00

* Team Challenge is a self led activity. 

Residential Trips

The ultimate way to enjoy our beautiful site is to stay with us, either on one of our campsites or in our new bunk bed accommodation, which can accommodate up to 60 young people with seperate staff rooms and facilities.  Your programme can be tailored to suit your individual requirements.  Prices shown are for camping and self-catering, for indoor accommodation add £6.00 per pupil and for full board add £15.00 per pupil per day of 3 meals.

Adventure Weekend (21/22nd April and 6/7th October); £50.00

A wonderful adventurous weekend for all schools and youth groups.

Dragon Boat Championship  (29th September 2012); £10.00 
A national event that is always hugely popular, with teams entering from schools and youth groups all over the UK
