Water Activity Parties

All of our birthday parties are aimed at young people 8 and over and are based round one or more of our water activities. 

All of our activities last 75-minutes and the birthday tea 30-minutes, we suggest you arrive 15-minutes before your activity and allow 2-hours for your party. 

We have devised different packages, all of which will be coordinated by one of our birthday party team, who will meet you when you arrive and ensure the smooth running of your party. All of the prices below are for instructed activities and include the price of a traditional birthday picnic tea, served by our team in a section of our party riverside shelters; for an additional £2 per person cost you can enjoy one of our hot food birthday party menus, either Chicken Strips, Burger or Fish all with Chips.

If required we can deliver a complete party package.  Through our partnership with A Splash of Sugar we can provide a range of birthday cakes - details of which will soon appear here, in the meantime contact Louise directly to discuss your party cake ideas; our shop will provide party bags for £2.50 per person and you can download party invites from our website by following this link and scrolling to the bottom of the page.

Kayaking/Canoeing/Sailing

Suitable for parties of up to 50, cost for 8 people £128

Bell-Boating

Suitable for parties of up to 20, cost for 10 people £130

Escape to our Island (Rafting)

Suitable for parties of up to 12, cost for 12 people £142

Rowing

Suitable for parties of up to 8, cost for 8 people £128

To discuss your catering requirements email catering@longridge.org.uk or call our bookings team on 01628 483252.  If you are holding your birthday party here in a weekend during May, June or July you will be charged an additional £20 premium, as these are extremely popular weekends.  This money will be put towards funding the heating in our Training Centre.

It is possible to turn your party into a sleepover and hire our indoor accommodation, which has been used creatively by parents for discos and film evenings; we are always happy to discuss new ways of using our facilities to create imaginative parties.
